Strawberry Milkshake Cookies
These Strawberry Milkshake Cookies start out with a box of cake mix and taste exactly like a Strawberry Milkshake! Mmmmmmmm!
Jump to RecipeWe LOVE these Strawberry Milkshake Cookies. My sister-in-law made them for a cookie exchange the first time I tried them and I could have eaten them all! Seriously. All of them. These soft and chewy cookies are filled with white chocolate chips and start out with box of cake mix. They are super easy to make and the kids LOVE them!
They make super cute Valentine’s or Easter cookies and are the perfect color for spring, a soft pastel pink with spots of white chocolate chips. Every year for my birthday the cake I choose is Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and these cookies taste 100% as good. It may be my favorite cookie on the planet and I dare you to eat just one.
I never can.
Maybe you have more self-control than me. Maybe not, but either way, these are sure to be a hit.
I think my favorite part of them is the soft, gooey texture mixed with the crunch of the white chocolate chips. Mmmmmm. The last time I had these was on Valentine’s Day, but now I’m thinking I need to make a batch sooner than later. Even my kids loved them and they don’t really love desserts.
If you try them out be sure to tag us and let us know how they turn out and how you like them.
These cookies freeze well and can be used at a later date.
