I hear people ask all the time, “What do you do with ground beef?” I am always amazed at this, but not surprised because I hear it often. I use Ground Beef a lot. I mean a lot. Spaghetti and Meatballs is a staple in our house, both my boys love it. We eat it once a week. Here are 5 ground beef recipes that are part of my regular rotation.

It is so easy to stick with the basics/obvious choices like burgers and tacos. Don’t get me wrong tacos and burgers are also other frequent meals on this farm, but if that is the extent of what you use ground beef for hopefully, these five ground beef recipes will give you a little inspiration to shake things up when making your meal plan.

We use our grass-fed ground beef for these recipes. We get a ton of ground beef from our animals as you can probably imagine. It is easy to cook and most meals that you use it in are made in 30 minutes or less. Grass-fed beef has numerous benefits and study after study shows that it is higher in Omega-3s and lower in inflammatory Omega-6s.
