Cranberry Chiffon Pie
If you love Cranberry and cranberry flavored things you’ll love this Cranberry Chiffon Pie. This shockingly easy no-bake dessert is fun to make and fun to eat. Cranberry Jell-o makes this so easy to make but it is still impressive.
If you use a pre-made graham cracker crust you only need four other ingredients. I love Jell-o although my kiddos don’t but I like to keep a few boxes around just in case I feel nostalgic and want the kind of dessert I used to get frequently as a kid.
You’ll need cranberry Jell-o for this but you’ll only prepare it hot water. After adding the hot water you’ll chill it just long enough to let it begin to set. I usually begin creaming the sugar and cream cheese while it is chilling and by the time I’m done with that the Jell-o is ready to add it it.
Add the Jell-o to the cream cheese mixture and blend until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream and add to the pie crust. Then chill it. I like to chill it overnight usually.
Before serving it you can garnish additional whipped cream and sugared cranberries if you’d like.
