We are so excited to announce that our beef will soon be available for purchase and delivery to most anywhere in the U.S. online via our website, or for local pickup here in Greeneville and surrounding areas.
You can Pre-Order Bulk Beef, either a whole or a half RIGHT NOW. ALL Pre-Orders must pay a deposit by the pre-process deadline. The deposit is non-refundable unless for some reason we cannot produce the product. When you order bulk-beef you pay the deposit and decide which cuts you want to fill your freezer with.
Bulk is $6.75/lb hanging which means after slaughter before processing into cuts so about 60% of the animal at slaughter (ex: 1200 lb animal weighs about 750 lbs hanging, this is where we price $6.75/lb which includes, processing and packaging and I’ll deliver it to you, (the actual amount of meat you get after dressing is about 490 lbs of beef for a whole beef, obviously a half would be half of that). Then you’d get a cut sheet and pick your cuts. I’ll invoice you for the total minus the deposit once I know the hanging weight of the animal.
Half of whatever you get would be ground, the remainder would be divided among roasts, briskets, steaks, etc of your choosing.
