52 Ways To Use Beef … One Meal a Week For a Year!

Beef is a versatile and nutritious protein that can be used in a variety of delicious dishes. Whether you prefer steak, ground beef, or stew meat it is a delicious way to add in more protein and iron to your diet. Ground beef is our MOST popular item and it makes for an EASY weeknight meal! The other cuts are easy to use too and if you prepare ahead of time and defrost them you can have some very hearty, yummy meals to feed your family.

Here are 52 ways to use beef in your cooking and use it once a week for a year:
