The Farm at Spring Creek
Grass-Fed & Finished Beef
Nutrient Dense
Our cattle graze on lush pastures filled with a diverse range of grasses, and supplemental hay in winter months ensuring a diet rich in essential nutrients and vitamins.
Small Family Farming
We believe in treating our animals and our planet with the utmost respect and preserving farming traditions. We grow a seasonal vegetable garden, host a pollinator garden for our bee colonies, make artisan tallow soap and share the love of agriculture and the agrarian lifestyle with our community through our restored log cabin farm stay.
Flavorful Taste
Grass-fed and finished beef offers a distinct, flavorful taste profile that is both delicious and satisfying. Dry-aged to perfection for added flavor.
From Pasture to Plate: Our Process
- Natural Growth: Without the use of hormones or antibiotics, our cattle grow at their own pace, resulting in beef that is both tender and flavorful.
- Local Processing: We partner with trusted processors in our region who share our commitment to quality, ensuring that our beef is processed with care and precision.
- Direct to You: From our farm to your table, we take pride in offering a direct connection to the source of your food, ensuring transparency and trust in every bite.
Meet Our Family
Welcome to our slice of East Tennessee heaven! I’m Erin Turner, and I’ve traded city life for the rustic charm of my husband’s family farm. Nestled in the heart of East Tennessee, this farm has been a labor of love since the 90s when his parents and grandparents first set down roots. His Granddad, Lyle grew up on the land adjacent to this farm.
While the guys handle the hands-on farming duties, we each play a part on this farm and have skills that keep the wheels turning smoothly. I’m the force behind the scenes, managing the business side of things. I coordinate logistics, deliveries and customer service. Together, we’re cultivating not just beef and other farm products, but a legacy that spans generations. Four to be exact.
Join us on this journey as we blend tradition with innovation, embracing the simplicity of rural life while navigating the complexities of modern agriculture. There is never a dull moment on this multi-generational farm. From sunrise to sunset, our days are a mix of hard work, laughter, and the shared dream of nurturing this family farm.
We’re so glad you’re joining us on our farming journey. This farm is full of faith, family, and lots of furry friends.
Welcome to our farm.
